I understand that the path to fulfilment, prosperity and all that jazz involves not succumbing to every whim. Regardless, I'm still finding myself falling victim to temptation from time to time. Yesterday, when I called in sick for my final shift at a job in order to partake in Australia Day celebrations, I learned that my willpower still has its weak spots. The longer I stew on my internal disappointment, perhaps my willpower will strengthen? Who knows.
Oh and for an actual what-I-learned-yesterday, I learned where Coolgardie is. Just south of Pimlico, on the Western side of the highway, right up on top of the hill. You can see from Byron Bay Lighthouse all the way to Evan's Head, and down over the Richmond River and Patch's Beach. Paradise.
...girl comes up to me and says "where you drivin'?" I said, Coolgardie.... (Sung to the tune of Tiga's "Bugatti")
